Nothing! All of our recruitment, vetting, placement, and program services are provided for free to company partners. We even facilitate intern reviews and feedback — also included.

While it isn’t mandatory, we do encourage companies to provide a paid internship experience. A skills360 intern is going to bring a lot of benefits to your company, including fresh ideas and new skills – we believe this should be financially rewarded.

Our partner companies see an incredible ROI – both in cost savings and preserving business resources. Plus, having a robust internship program increases overall business productivity and company morale.

We hope our relationship is ongoing. Yet, at all times our two businesses remain distinct and separate. You won’t be asked to change onboarding, full-time recruitment, and training at your business. skills360 provides support when you need it, but our relationship never impedes your business, HR functions, or company culture.
