Start

All we ask is company partners guarantee substantive work experience, in exchange, we find you the best and brightest talent that is ready to work on day one. Let’s work together to empower tomorrow’s leaders.

Gather

While our team collects student documents, portfolio material, and legal papers for a work visa (if applicable), we continue to gather more applications from other potential interns.

Vet

Once the skills360 team receives an applicant’s material, we interview him/her to understand their interests and potential. We then cross-check our list of company partners to see where relevant matches could occur.

Introduce

We submit to you, the employer, each prospect intern’s material for consideration. And schedule interviews between you and the candidates.

Place

Once a match is mutually made, offer letters are received by you or your HR department. Our skills360 team handles the rest, from visa application if student is foreign, to securing his/her onsite housing!
