Common questions about cost
Who pays for my visa?
The cost of your visa for the United States or United Kingdom is included in the cost of our programs. We pay your application fee out of this amount, and we help you throughout the entire visa application process!
Are meals included in my program fee?
We’ve found that people living in amazing cities like New York City and London want to experience the incredible food culture in these cities. Providing a meal plan greatly hinders this, so we don’t add the cost of meals to your program fees – but we can direct you to well-priced restaurants and nearest grocery store!
Do I need to get health insurance?
Probably not. We provide basic health insurance for all interns. No matter where you work in the world, we want you to stay safe and that means seeing a doctor when necessary. We do recommend you read our insurance coverage carefully and decide if you need additional coverage for your internship experience.
Do I need to buy my own flight?
Yes. The cost of your skills360 internship excludes the cost of flights to and from the program location. We do have some avid travelers on our team, and we are happy to help with tips on when to buy and how to find the cheapest flights. Keep in mind that your visa approval probably requires a flight leaving the United State or United Kingdom and you’ll need a roundtrip ticket.
Will my program fees cover any career development opportunities?
Yes!! Career development outside of your internship experience is a big focus for our team at skills360. We offer a unique Development Day, networking events, and one-on-one career counseling as part of every internship program.
